The same SLS LLM Login ID and password can be used to update or modify the details of the institution/s applied. However, the name of the candidate, the selected institution/s, the email id and the category provided by the candidate cannot be changed.
Now the Application will redirect to Payment Page.
The registration amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

NOTE: You are requested to upload a statement of purpose not more than 250 words and ONE reference letter / email (from official Email ID only) from your Head of the Institute/Supervisor/HOD of the Institute/College in the document upload portal made available on our website before the Online Personal Interaction (PI).

2. What is eligibility for One Year LL.M. programme?

Three or Five years LL.B. Degree from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes). Candidates who have appeared for the final year LL.B. examination may also apply, Subject to submission of passing certificate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes) by the announced date.

6. What is AIAT (All India Admission Test) and how to register for AIAT?

AIAT is an entrance test for getting admission to One Year LLM Programme at SLS, Pune under Symbiosis International (Deemed University). For registration visit www.symlaw.ac.in

7. What is Registration Process for AIAT?

Online Registration: For the academic year 2025, online registration of AIAT will start from August, 2024 (tentative).

Registration Fees: Rs. 2150/- for AIAT Plus Rs.1000/- each for every institution applied (i.e. if a candidate applies for SLS, Pune and SLS, NOIDA then he/she will pay a total of Rs. 4150/- {Rs. 2150(AIAT) + Rs. 1000/- (SLS, Pune) + Rs. 1000/- (SLS, NOIDA)}

Entrance Test Date: 15^th December, 2024

Admit Card: The admit-card for AIAT Computer Based Test will be available online for all successfully registered and paid candidates as per the schedule provided on website www.symlaw.ac.in. Fees will not be accepted after the payment closing dates. Fees once paid is non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. What will be the syllabus and structure of Computer Based Test Exam?

      a) Syllabus for AIAT Computer Based Test: It will comprise of objective (MCQ) and subjective written test to assess the teaching aptitude, research aptitude, legal aptitude and basic legal knowledge. It includes questions from the following areas: Research Methodology, Legal Reasoning, Legal Aptitude, Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, IPC, Public International Law, Human Rights, Corporate Law (Contract Act, Companies Act etc.), Family Law and Environmental Law.

b) Structure of AIAT Computer Based Test (Total time: 105 Minutes)
     i. Writing Ability Test (15*2=30 Marks): Two Subjective questions for 15 marks each. Duration for written test is 65 minutes.
     ii. MCQs (2*20=40 marks): 20 objective questions for 2 marks each. Duration for MCQs is 40 minutes.

9. What is the SLS Pune Online PI Process?

Online PI is "Personal Interaction" and it is the next phase of the admission process at SLS Pune and will be conducted through online mode on 15^th to 16^th January 2025. Selection of candidate for the PI will be communicated by e-mail only to those students who have appeared for Centre based AIAT Test and have successfully completed the process of registration with the registration fee payment to the institute

a) ONLINE Personal Interaction (PI) - Personal Interaction is intended to test the Personal Attributes, Fitment, Work Experience, global outlook, professionalism, ethics, values and Statement of Purpose of a candidate and one LOR.
b) Maximum Score -Maximum score for PI will be 30 Marks
c) PI Centres- PI will be conducted Online.
d) Reporting Time for PI: 30 Minutes prior to the Scheduled Time for Online PI.

10. What is the SLS Pune Online PI Schedule?

The PI of SLS Pune will be conducted ONLINE on 15^th & 16^th January 2025.

Please visit the SLS Pune /SLS Nagpur website for the registration form and apply online. The AIAT Computer Based Test Exam will be common for all the four sister institutions of SIU i.e., SLS Pune /SLS NOIDA/ SLS Hyderabad /SLS Nagpur.

20. The LLM course offered at your institution is of 1 year but in many other institutions the same course is of 2 years. So would there be any problem in future for pursuing Ph.D.?

22. How much attendance is a must?

Student must have minimum 75% attendance as per our university norms to appear in the semester examination.

23. Is there any sports quota?

There is no sports quota for admissions, however due weightage to Certificates of participation in sports activities is given during Personal Interaction.

24. Is there any fees concession for OBC- non creamy layer students for the course and also hostel?

There is no concession in the fee for the course or the hostel.
